Hyling was created in the year 2000 by Claudio (drums) and Federico (guitars) immediately joined him.
The year later, Francesco (bass) and Claudio C. (voice) came into band.
The first album, called "Last Winter", was recorded in June 2002 at Remaster Studio in Vicenza by Tony Fontò (White Skull) and Nick Savio (Vicious Mary, Cyber Cross, Hollow Haze).
The album, made of six songs inspired by the early 90s black metal, was published in 2003 (self produced) and got positive reviews on music magazines, webzines and was really appreciated by people.
After the recording sessions some incomprehensions between Claudio C. and the rest of the band caused a split so, in the album he appears as a session.
In 2004 Hyling started writing new songs. During the rehearsals the new stuff appeared immediately more aggressive, more powerful and it needed a different sound.
In the Spring of 2005 the band founded in Tyrant-X (guitarist of the band "Fucktory-X") the perfect voice for the new songs.
In November of the same year Hyling returned to Remaster Studio to record the new album with Nick Savio. The sessions took two weeks. The album got a high powered sound and the band reached its purpose.
Made of seven songs, it will be published in September 2010 with the name "Lethargy" by the "The Oath" label. |
